Pressure ulcer prevention focus of new PA demonstration project
A demonstration project aimed at reducing the relatively high incidence of pressure ulcers among Pennsylvania nursing home residents and hospital patients has been funded by a new $658,000 state grant awarded to the Pennsylvania Restraint Reduction Initiative (PARRI), a program of Kendal Outreach, LLC. The project is being undertaken at the request of the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). READ MORE.

Kendal Outreach, LLC Receives Three-year Leading Nurses Grant from Department of Health and Human Services
Kendal Outreach, LLC has received a grant in excess of $800,000 from the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration to launch a nursing education, practice and retention initiative called Leading Nurses. READ MORE about the HRSA grant.
