Please meet a few of the family members who have shared their stories, their fears, their hopes and frustrations as they visited their loved ones in nursing care. They have graciously agreed to be filmed as part of this project in order to encourage management and caregivers to examine their care delivery process and to discover the positive impact family members can have on outcomes.
